A detail‑oriented FP&A analyst who supports ~$170M in Shared Services spend, with a strong focus on IT financials. You thrive in environments where accuracy, structure, and partnership matter. You’re comfortable navigating project accounting, labor absorption, and financial controls, and you enjoy bringing clarity to complex IT budgets.
You Will- Deliver monthly actuals vs. forecast/budget variance analysis for assigned cost centers and projects.
- Support all planning cycles, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and financial bridges across Shared Services.
- Run amortization simulations for assigned cost centers and projects.
- Analyze labor absorption, hours, and non‑project time across the IT portfolio.
- Manage the full WBS lifecycle: set‑up, closures, AUC transfers, and asset shell creation.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including PORs, artifacts, and capitalization support.
- Support IT headcount reporting, labor rate analysis, and controllable expense reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of FP&A, accounting, or project finance experience (preferred).
- Experience with project accounting, WBS structures, or capitalized software (a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 and Workday (preferred).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The wage range for this position is $80,000-$85,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.
LocationThis is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
