Portfolio Administrator

Shelton, CT Full Time Onsite 4 Days WFH Friday Duration:
Direct Hire Salary: 50,000 to 55,000 - Plus Benefits

• Portfolio Administrator with an investment advisory firm with over $1 billion in assets under management, located in Shelton CT.
• We seek a goal-oriented professional who is intellectually curious and interested in growing with the firm. The successful candidate will be part of a team that helps with the investment administration of customized portfolio strategies for client accounts.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Experience working with accounting software.

• Accurate and timely implementation to multiple client accounts of portfolio and asset changes
• Investment of new client accounts and deposits to existing accounts
• Daily communication by phone and email with bank trust officers, transfer agents and custodians, as well as potentially with direct clients and their representatives.
• Scheduled reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Documentation of workflow for compliance purposes

• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Strong mathematical skills required
• Experience with Indata iPM is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
