Job Details

We are currently seeking a Permanent Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual who wants to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the company’s tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate tax returns for the company, ensuring all data is correct and up‑to‑date.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and create reports on the company’s financial status.
  • Research and understand the latest tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to the company’s financial practices.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and provide expert advice on tax‑related matters.
  • Resolve any tax‑related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, and ensure all tax documentation is compliant with laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an accounting role with a focus on tax management.
  • Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax software and other accounting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in financial data.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially and ethically.
