You Are The Head of Send Tech Finance. You lead all financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for a global business unit that generates roughly 1.3 billion dollars in revenue. You are a core member of the Send Tech leadership team and a trusted financial partner to the President of Send Tech. You bring strong command of recurring revenue models across mailing, shipping, SaaS, and financing, and you operate as a strategic advisor rather than a reporting function.

You report to the VP Finance, Global FP&A.

Serve as the strategic financial advisor to the Send Tech President and senior leadership team, offering clear guidance on the financial implications of business decisions and long‑range plans. Lead FP&A for a multi‑product business with a strong understanding of recurring revenue and margin structure. Partner with PB Bank to ensure full financial visibility across all products embedded in the Send Tech model.

Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of new programs, pricing strategies, partnerships, and regulatory developments. Build strong relationships with the Send Tech executive team and operate as a true business partner.

Own the annual budget, five‑year strategic plan, and rolling forecast processes for Send Tech, consolidating results across global markets. Ensure accuracy and credibility of financial reporting, including monthly actuals, variance analysis, and management commentary for senior leadership and corporate stakeholders. Develop financial modeling processes that support scenario analysis, business cases, and strategic decision‑making. Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Salesforce to increase efficiency and analytical depth.

Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing finance team across multiple locations. Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and collaborative problem‑solving. Operate effectively within a shared services environment, managing costs while maintaining strong financial support for the business.

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles supporting complex, multi‑product business units.
• Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, including global consolidation.
• Strong working knowledge of systems such as SAP and Hyperion.
• A proven track record of executive‑level business partnership.
• Experience with deal negotiation, structuring, and pipeline management.
• Demonstrated success building and leading diverse, remote finance teams.
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and credible with senior executives, peers, and team members.

• Experience supporting businesses with embedded financing, leasing, or financial services components.
• Background in technology, SaaS, or businesses transitioning from hardware to software.
• Experience managing within or alongside shared services organizations.
• Non‑financial operational experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or MBA preferred.

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the Shelton, CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
