• Provide one-on-one support and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect session data and track client progress
• Partner with families and clinical team members to support client success

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred but not required
• RBT certification is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
