Human Resources Generalist

Salary: $70K-$80K

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Support employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations

• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities

• Manage and optimize Paycor Talent Acquisition and Performance Review modules

• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting and staffing needs

• Oversee performance review cycles, reporting, and system administration

• Maintain HR records, compliance documentation, and HR metrics/reporting

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition

• Experience with Paycor or a comparable HRIS platform

• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, benefits administration, and recruiting processes
