IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
BMG
360 is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our technology organization with day-to-day project coordination and execution. You'll be the "boots on the ground" keeping projects moving, tracking status, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll report to our Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives and work closely with our three technology teams (Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Business Analytics). This is a hands-on role focused on project execution-tracking milestones, running standups, documenting decisions, and following up on action items. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
You'll get exposure to diverse projects (client delivery, product development, data integration, analytics) while building foundational PM skills.
This is NOT a senior strategy role. You won't be designing processes or making prioritization decisions. Instead, you'll be executing the processes that exist, supporting teams with their work, and learning PM craft from an experienced Program Manager.
If you're organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to support technical teams, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

- Make everyone else's job easier through proactive coordination
