Our enterprise imaging solutions are used by hospitals and health systems across the United States, supporting critical clinical workflows every day. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams to help support, troubleshoot, and maintain customer environments while continuing to develop your technical skillset.

What you will do- Support customer environments by troubleshooting technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
- Assist with investigating system behavior through log analysis, monitoring tools, and structured problem‑solving
- Work closely with senior engineers, project teams, and support teams to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements
- Support customer implementations, upgrades, and configuration activities
- Learn and develop technical knowledge across networking, operating systems, integrations, and healthcare IT workflows
- Communicate directly with hospital IT teams and end users to support customer needs and provide technical assistance
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams through responsiveness, collaboration, and professionalism
- Participate in an after‑hours support rotation once fully trained and onboarded
- You have 0–4 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, IT, healthcare technology, or a related technical field
- You are naturally curious and enjoy learning how systems work and solving technical problems
- You bring a strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- You have exposure to Windows and/or Linux environments, networking fundamentals, or troubleshooting concepts through work, internships, school, or personal projects
- You communicate clearly and work well with both technical and non‑technical individuals
- You are organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a team‑oriented environment
- Experience with healthcare IT, SQL, cloud technologies, DICOM, HL7, scripting, or virtualization is beneficial but not required
- Contribute to technology that supports critical areas of healthcare and patient care

- Salary range: $70,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications
