Digital Transformation Manager

Partnering closely with the CIO, this role leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital, mobile, and analytics initiatives to enhance member experience, drive growth, and deliver business value.

• Develop and execute digital strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate across executive leadership, business lines, and IT to drive adoption and delivery.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including roadmap development and implementation.
• Optimize member experiences through integrated, personalized digital and advisory channels.
• Manage mobile platform initiatives (products, integrations, vendors, and budgeting).
• Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure performance and outcomes.
• Oversee dashboards, reporting, and internal application development.
• Build vendor partnerships to accelerate innovation and digital capabilities.
• Implement agile practices and embed analytics into decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and system performance across digital platforms.

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in digital, analytics, or mobile strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with banking mobile platforms (required); core banking systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
