• Dispose of all food, waste, and trash in accordance with established Health Department regulations.
• Clean kitchen equipment, tables, disposals, dishwasher, sinks and counters.
• Mops kitchen floor and takes out trash.

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
