To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

IWS in Shelton, CT is looking for a 2nd Shift Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician for their sorting facility. Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. $16.35 per hour, plus amazing Union benefits!!

• Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Experience from the sanitation industry, or maintenance/porter/cleaner experience is strongly preferred.
• Able to work in an outdoor environment on a constant basis while being exposed to variable weather conditions, temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, smells, and loud noises.
