As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the complete oversight of a main location while managing the performance and operations of 2-3 additional locations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, enhancing the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence across all studios.

• Oversee daily operations of your main location and ensure the success of additional locations
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive membership growth
• Lead and mentor General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team alignment and success
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all locations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that aligns with Stretch Lab's core values
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations
• Proven experience in a management role overseeing multiple locations, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in operational management and performance metrics analysis
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team

• Annual salary of $60,000-$65,000
