* Management of  the planning, preparation, issuance, shipment and control of production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements

** THE WORK*
* - Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, monitor metrics, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

- Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed

* Basic Qualifications:

* - 1 3 yrs of leadership experience as manager and/or team lead

- Must be able to lead a team and manage/resolve employee conflict

Skills:

* - Microsoft Office  Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- Bachelors degree

- Previous Sikorsky and/or manufacturing experience

- SAP/ERP experience

- Production control/ Inventory experience/Shipping Experience

** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** Non  standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
