Production Manager
Material Logistics Supervisor | Lockheed Martin
Management of the planning, preparation, issuance, shipment and control of production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. The work includes coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, monitor metrics, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.

Desired skills include Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Bachelors degree, previous Sikorsky and/or manufacturing experience, SAP/ERP experience, production control/inventory experience/shipping experience.
Onsite full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. This position is incentive plan eligible.
