We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Production Operators to help manufacture high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. If you take pride in producing quality work, following safety procedures, and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll DoAs a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues using visual inspections.
Sort, count, package, and prepare products for storage and shipment.
Remove and report products that do not meet company quality standards.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all production procedures and work instructions.
Safely operate within a manufacturing environment while minimizing product damage.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Our team is committed to maintaining a safe workplace. Production Operators are expected to:
Follow all company safety policies and environmental procedures.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Participate in required safety training.
Follow proper lifting techniques and ergonomic practices.
Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures when equipment is cleaned or serviced.
This position requires strict adherence to product safety and quality standards, including:
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements
Product defense and quality procedures
Company quality standards and inspection processes
Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to identify product defects and quality concerns.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials as needed.
