1st Shift Machine Operator

Machine Operator1st & 2nd Shift Available $18 - $20/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations and ensure product quality standards are met.

• Set up, operate, and shut down production machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Obtain and prepare materials needed for production runs
• Monitor machine performance and identify any operational issues
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical problems and report equipment concerns as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
