In this senior leadership role, you will oversee manufacturing operations, post-production, and warehouse/incoming materials, ensuring production runs efficiently while driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives, improving manufacturing KPIs, and maximizing productivity across the facility.

This role would suit an experienced Manufacturing / Operations Manager looking to take ownership of a critical leadership position within a growing electronics manufacturer.

• Lead manufacturing operations across SMT, post-production, and warehouse/incoming materials
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing KPI initiatives
• Improve production efficiency, workflow, inventory utilization, and operational performance
• Develop and mentor production, warehouse, and manufacturing teams while partnering with senior leadership on strategic operational improvements

• Manufacturing Operations Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, or Operations Leader
• Background within electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing KPIs, and production operations
• Looking for a long-term leadership opportunity within a growing and stable electronics manufacturer
