The Digital Marketing Manager – Media, is responsible for leading media strategy, planning, execution oversight, and budget management across the AZO and Estroven brands within i-Health. This role serves as the primary liaison between Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Media Agency partners, ensuring media investments align with business objectives and drive measurable brand and sales outcomes. This position owns day-to-day media strategy consultation, annual planning development, agency performance management, and execution readiness for major campaign launches and business priorities.
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for media-related questions, recommendations, analyses, and decision‑making across brand and sales teams
- Evaluate active campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize media effectiveness and business outcomes
- Assess, challenge, and refine agency recommendations to ensure alignment with brand objectives, audience strategies, and budget priorities
- Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Sales, Insights, Finance, and Marketing teams to guide media investment decisions
- Lead strategic discussions regarding media channel mix, investment allocation, and performance optimization opportunities
- Own monthly Advertising & Sales media reconciliations for Women's Health Advertising & Sales Media Ownership, including working media investments, non‑working media expenditures, and production‑related costs
- Manage budget tracking and financial stewardship to ensure accuracy, accountability, and visibility across stakeholders
- Develop and recommend investment shifts across national media channels based on performance insights, business priorities, and growth opportunities
- Lead strategic decisions between national media, retail media, non‑working investments, and production allocations
- Serve as the primary contact for media agency partners, ensuring efficient communication, issue resolution, and execution alignment
- Maintain and oversee media flowcharts, budget updates, and campaign change management processes
- Lead detailed review and evaluation of media agency annual plans
- Analyze media strategies, channel recommendations, investment levels, audience approaches, and expected business outcomes
- Provide strategic feedback and recommendations to improve plan effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals
- Partner with Brand and Marketing Leadership to identify opportunities for media investment optimization and achievement of 2027 business objectives
- Support development of integrated media plans that balance brand‑building and business‑driving priorities
- Lead planning and execution activities required to launch Q1 media programs, with a particular focus on January activation readiness
- Beginning in late October and early November, coordinate strategic planning and operational execution across media, influencer, content, and agency partners
- Ensure all campaign assets, media placements, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals are completed in advance of launch deadlines
- Monitor launch execution and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies
- Facilitate successful integration of media, influencer, and content initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in media strategy, media planning, integrated marketing, or related functions
- Strong understanding of national media, digital media, retail media, influencer marketing, and media budgeting processes
- Experience managing agency relationships and evaluating media recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong experience managing websites, social media, consumer promotion marketing, digital couponing, and/or search marketing preferred
- Experience in CPG preferred
- Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar media budgets preferred
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or another related field #ALINE
