Growing medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in an outpatient setting in the Shelton, Connecticut area!

Benefits and Salary- Competitive salary, $120,000 – 146,000 per year, with profitability and productivity incentives

Full‑time position, 4 or 5 day work week available, 1:8 call.
Join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting.
APP will examine, obtain medical histories, and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Qualifications- Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA
- Active CT license
- 1+ year of experience
