Senior Care RN - Per Diem, Care Coordination & Teaching

Masonicare is seeking a Per Diem Nurse to provide comprehensive care for residents at Wesley Heights in Shelton, CT. Under the supervision of the Assistant Living Supervisor, you will assess, implement, and evaluate care plans focused on optimizing the health of residents. The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse with relevant experience, capable of working independently.

This role involves significant documentation, education of residents and families, and coordination of care to ensure continuity. You must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under pressure.
