The Assistant Patient Care Manager assists the Patient Care Manager with clinical management and administrative coordination of designated patient care units or services. The role supports unit goals, coordinates staff and operations for assigned shifts, and ensures implementation of organizational policies and standards of care. Responsibilities include supervising patient care staff, coordinating administrative functions, and providing timely information and feedback to the Patient Care Manager.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse with case management experience
- RN license in California (copy required)
- 1 reference in entire work history
- Within a 60‑mile radius of the assignment location
