Part-time LPN - 1st Shift

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like environment.

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' health status and significant changes.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinate care with community providers through effective case management.
• Support resident independence while addressing service needs.
• Recognize, prevent, and report elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and manage emergency response systems.

• Current LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially with elderly populations.
