CMM Programmer PC-DMIS - Quality Assurance

Salary 80-90k +

We are seeking an experienced Quality CMM Programmer with strong PC-DMIS proficiency to support our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for developing and executing CMM programs to ensure accurate inspection of manufactured components.

• Create and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS
• Perform part inspections and document results
• Support PPAP submissions and quality documentation
• Develop control plans and inspection records
• Lead root cause analysis, NCRs, and 8D corrective actions
• Maintain gauge calibration system
• Prepare quality reports (PPM, cost of quality, NCR)
• Support continuous improvement and training efforts

• PC-DMIS CMM programming experience required (strong proficiency a must)
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis, and 8D reporting
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Strong technical writing and data analysis skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• PC-DMIS Hexagon training Helpful
