Pay Range:
Experienced Quality Inspectors / CMM Operators: $25-$30/hr.
Shift: Monday – Thursday but it may change to M-F. We will also consider a split shift-4pm – 2:30 am. We can try to work with candidates and availability.

We are seeking experienced Quality Inspectors and CMM Operators with a strong manufacturing quality background and hands-on experience operating CMM equipment. Candidates should be comfortable performing detailed inspections, reading technical prints, measuring tolerances, and supporting production quality activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be provided on company-specific systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections on manufactured components
- Operate CMM equipment and inspection tools
- Measure part tolerances and document inspection results
- Read and interpret technical prints and engineering drawings
- Support calibration procedures and inspection activities
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records
- Support NCRs, corrective actions, and containment activities
- Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of manufacturing quality inspection experience preferred
- Strong experience operating CMM equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment
- Knowledge of calibration and inspection procedures
- ISO
9001 or IATF
16949 experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and communication skills
