We are not a traditional residential brokerage.

We acquire, operate, lend on, manage, and broker investment real estate. Our agents think like owners because we are owners.

As we continue scaling aggressively, we are hiring driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Investment Real Estate Agents to expand our brokerage division.

You will work exclusively with investment property owners and investors — not primary home buyers.

You will develop expertise in:

• Cash flow underwriting

Alpha Capital operates across acquisitions, lending, brokerage, and property management.

This gives you:

• Stronger credibility with sellers
• Access to investor networks
• Internal capital relationships

We operate with discipline and accountability:

• Follow-up expectations

This is a growth environment built around execution.

This is not an inbound-only role.

Agents are expected to:

• Prospect investment property owners
• Cold call consistently
• Execute outbound business development
• Build owner and investor relationships
• Secure exclusive listing agreements
• Maintain structured follow-up

If you are not comfortable initiating conversations and creating your own pipeline, this is not the right fit.

• Develop and manage a consistent outbound prospecting strategy
• Cold call property owners (multifamily, commercial, and single-family investment owners)
• Generate and convert listing opportunities
• Analyze property financials and pricing strategy
• Manage transactions through closing
• Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline integrity

Commission-based, high-performance opportunity.

Expected earnings range: $100,000 – $500,000+ annually, based on production.

There is no cap on upside. Income is directly tied to execution and discipline.
