As a Kitchen Supervisor you will provide leadership that ensures the effective and efficient operation of the kitchen and supervision of the culinary team. You will help manage the daily operations of the kitchen and bistro to maximize profitability and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality.

• Assist in the development and implementation of operating procedures and standards that support associates.
• Administrative tasks related to kitchen operations.
• Participate in the development of the menu and dining strategies aligned with the hotel’s target market.
• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Maintain inventory.
• Schedule appropriately with the Manager.
• Demonstrate time management and problem-solving skills.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Assist in training and mentoring new associates.
• Supervise, support, and work shifts.
• Communicate with culinary and kitchen teams.
