The Sales Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying client needs and designing tailored security solutions. This role combines consultative selling, technical expertise, and relationship management to deliver comprehensive proposals that align with our clients suite of services—including, mobile patrol, remote video monitoring, and technology-enabled security solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Conduct client assessments to understand security needs, operational challenges, and business objectives.
- Design and present customized, integrated security solutions leveraging Securitas’ service portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including operations, technology, and finance—to develop detailed proposals and pricing models.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and ROI.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Support the sales process from prospecting through close, ensuring seamless handoff to operations for implementation.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Security Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, solutions design, or consultative selling—preferably within the security, technology, or facilities management industries.
- Strong understanding of integrated security solutions, including electronic surveillance, access control, and physical security services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization platforms.
