Due to significant market expansion across Connecticut, we are seeking goal-oriented professionals to join our retail sales and marketing division as Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within high-traffic retail environments, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable brand image.

Consultative Sales: Engage with prospective customers to assess their needs and present tailored product and service solutions.

Account Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and product demonstration to closing the sale and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed weekly KPIs and sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the Southwest Connecticut territory.

Professional Development: Participate in daily briefing sessions and leadership workshops to refine sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and business acumen.
