Job Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by selling products and services over the phone or through online channels. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and pitching suitable solutions while maintaining strong relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate sales leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, discuss product/service features, and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations via phone, video, or webinars to showcase benefits and features.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales deals while addressing customer queries and objections effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing post-sales support, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in progress for reporting and analysis.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and achieve overall sales objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge about products, market trends, and competitors to position offerings effectively.
- High School Diploma;
Associate’s Degree preferred. - 5+ years of relevant experience (required).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong ability to build and foster customer relationships (required).
- Calmness under pressure and ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
