Sales Development Representative (SDR) with Healthcare SaaS company
Experience: 1+ Years
Are you passionate about sales, technology, and building relationships? We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's growing team and help drive new business opportunities in the SaaS/EHR space.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, generating qualified leads and working closely with Sales and Marketing to fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential prospects through Linked In, CRM databases, and outbound tools.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and business challenges.
- Schedule meetings and seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing on inbound leads and nurturing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities and KPIs.
- Share insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness with leadership.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing role.
- SaaS sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong resilience with the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like Outreach, Sales Loft, or Zoom Info is a plus.
