The Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), and School Social Workers who want the flexibility to work when it fits their lives. What You'll Do
  • Provide individual and small group counseling services
  • Support students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in PPT/IEP meetings and contribute recommendations
  • Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral support planning
  • Communicate with families and community providers as needed
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and professional standards
Qualifications
  • Connecticut Social Work licensure required (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent school certification)
  • School-based, pediatric, or behavioral health experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting student success and wellbeing
