As a Community Driver
, you’re responsible for transporting our residents to a variety of locations and ensuring that their ride with you is as comfortable as possible.
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a Valid Drivers License
Previous experience working with seniors preferred
Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
Compassionate individuals with a positive attitude, willing to offer physical assistance as needed
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills
Transport residents to and from various locations, i.e., medical appointments, stores, banks, scenic drives, and social events
Perform or assist in routine preventive maintenance procedures on the vehicle as recommended by the manufacturer
Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
Is subject to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
Valid Drivers License
Food Workers Card
CPR Certification
$17.50 - $19.50/hour
* Depending on Experience
