• Create monthly and daily schedules for CNA, LPN, and RN based on budgeted PPD
• Manage daily schedules to ensure that needs are met and labor is at a minimum of budgeted threshold
• Identify staffing needs and report accurate number of open CNA and LN positions to the DON

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Washington NAC license without enforcement action
• Previous experience working in a LTC setting preferred
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
