Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
Evergreen Healthcare Group is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the operations of one of our skilled nursing centers in Shelton, WA. As a Nursing Home Administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Financial Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Physical Plant Management
- Marketing & Community Relations
- Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
- Required:
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Washington - Preferred:
Two years’ experience as an NHA
- Private Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, & Vision)
- Training & Development Opportunities
