** Position Details
*** School-based Occupational Therapist position

* Location:

Shelton, WA

* Start Date:

November 2026
* In-person assignment
* Support students across a range of ages and needs
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
** Responsibilities
* ** Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and prepare reports
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
* Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with special education teams
* Monitor student progress and maintain timely documentation
* Recommend strategies, accommodations, and adaptive equipment to support student participation
* Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and other service providers
** Requirements
* ** Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
* Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
* Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate or willingness to obtain
* Ability to complete required background checks and fingerprinting
* School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
