Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Sales and Catering Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Catering team. You will coordinate event details, prepare contracts and BEOs, and maintain client communications to ensure successful group events and revenue growth.
You will act as a liaison between clients and resort departments, manage event logistics from room setup to AV and catering, and ensure accuracy of documentation and billing.
