Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

• Ensuring the baler station has a full supply of bags
• Removing completed bales that do not meet QA/QC standards
• Filling in for Baler Operators during breaks
• Assist Baler Operators with minor maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

• Responsible for operating a variety of machinery, primarily bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts
• Putting covers on completed pallets and stretch-wrapping finished goods
• Perform QA/QC by comparing completed pallets of product against weight, height, and visual guides, reporting issues to shift lead
• Must operate machinery in a safe and productive manner using the established guidelines and procedures
• Responsible for assisting other production areas, as needed
• Move and wrap completed products
• Will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 9 hours per day
• Maintain a clean workstation
• Other duties as assigned

• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred
• Will require good eye, hand, and foot coordination
• Will need to pass the company forklift training
• Required to read and interpret scales
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust the weight and timing of baler and various other simple maintenance problems
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations
