Production Worker – Day and Swing Shift Available
Salary: $19/hour
Shift: M-Th 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.
Job Type: Full Time

Production Worker ResponsibilitiesThe packaging operator works to prevent downtime for baler operators by performing the following tasks.
- Ensuring the baler station has a full supply of bags.
- Removing completed bales that do not meet QA/QC standards.
- Filling in for baler operators during breaks.
- Assisting baler operators with minor maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Operating a variety of machinery, primarily bagging and baler machines, shrink‑wrapping machines, and forklifts.
- Putting covers on completed pallets and stretch‑wrapping finished goods.
- Performing QA/QC by comparing completed pallets of product against weight, height, and visual guides, and reporting issues to the shift lead.
- Operating machinery in a safe and productive manner according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Assisting other production areas, as needed.
- Moving and wrapping completed products.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 9 hours per day.
- Maintaining a clean workstation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
- Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
- Ability to pass company forklift training.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting scales.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to adjust weight and timing of baler and other simple maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform simple math calculations.
