Our millwork company is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, motivated Door Hanger / Door Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for taking doors from slabs through the hanging and assembly process, using our Norfield door machine and other shop equipment. You'll build and assemble jambs, install hinges and hardware, prep sand units for in-house finishing, and ensure every door leaves the shop in perfect condition.
This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, pays attention to details, and wants to build a career in the millwork industry.
