Position: Restorative CNA

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/HR DOE

Location: Fir Lane Care, 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584

• Assistance with Restorative care plans, including ROM, etc.
• Assistance with lifting and transferring of residents
• Documenting/charting
• Following all tasks as assigned by licensed nurse

• Must have active Washington CNA/NAC licensure
• Active RNA license preferred
• Must have active OBRA registry

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
