As an LPN (Licensed Nurse), you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

• Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN)
• Compassionate individuals who represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Ownership attitude, able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication care administration
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  
  Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
• Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$40.00 - $45.00/hour (depending on experience)
