You must have an active Washington or compact RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. At least two years of recent emergency room nursing experience is required. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is essential. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition are necessary.

Recommended skills include effective communication, teamwork, and maintaining a safe environment.
