Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. This means, improvements in work/life, increased resources for our Patients, and people who care about the future of Shelton Health and Rehab.

SHRC is currently looking for qualified LPNs to join our Nursing Program.

SHRC offers excellent rates, Union support, low staffing ratios, and a wonderful patient population. Our goal is for our Short-Term patients to get back home and our Long-Term patients to feel at home.

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.

• Supervises nursing care to residents
• Complies with state and Federal Regulations
• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Required:
  
  Current licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
