As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Melanie Bakala—State Farm Agent, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
