As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for building our client count by introducing and selling our services to local businesses in Pacific, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties. Some key things that you'll be doing while selling:

• Meeting face to face with decision makers in a variety of industries
• Developing a relationship with business leaders in the community
• Learning what challenges businesses are facing related to their most important asset - 'people'
• Presenting Express staffing solutions and business solutions to address those challenges
• Managing your schedule and territory
• Watching our client count grow

Some key things we're looking for:

• Experienced Business to Business Sales Experience
• Recent Post-Secondary School Graduates or Experienced Business Professionals
• Strong Computer Skills
• Strong Communication and Relationship Building Skills
• Ability to work on a team which holds each member accountable
• Desire for continuous learning
• Interest in developing a career – as opposed to just working at a job
• Creativity and forward thinking
• Persistence, likeable personality, professional
• Determination to be successful in reaching and surpassing your goals and contributing to reaching the team goals
