The Program Manager for Physical Security and Access Control oversees the strategic management and operational oversight of Mason Health's physical security systems. Responsibilities include accreditation and certification processes for contracted security guards, management of access control and facility key systems, issuance of staff and visitor access badges, and oversight of security video and surveillance systems. The Program Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, fosters a secure environment across all facilities, and applies project‑management best practices to lead and execute initiatives that enhance security infrastructure.

• Oversee compliance, training, and certification requirements for contracted security guards, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with security contractors to monitor and enhance guard performance.
• Manage access control systems, including issuing, maintaining, and auditing access badges and physical key systems.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of security video and surveillance systems, ensuring effective monitoring and compliance with privacy regulations.
