Are you passionate about Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and driving meaningful business improvements? We're looking for a Production System Black Belt to lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple logistics operations, helping teams eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
In this role, you'll serve as a Lean Six Sigma expert and change agent, partnering with site leadership and operations teams to identify opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You'll lead strategic projects, facilitate Kaizen events, coach Green Belts, and support operational excellence programs across the network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects focused on productivity, quality, service, and cost improvements
- Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping workshops, and operational excellence initiatives
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and site teams on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles
- Lead diagnostic and process improvement events to identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies
- Support site certification and annual recertification activities
- Monitor and drive Kaizen implementation and sustainability
- Validate project savings and track measurable business impact
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence training programs
- Develop and deploy site-level continuous improvement roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational performance and business transformation
- Promote best practice sharing and standardization across multiple sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience leading process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Experience facilitating Value Stream Mapping and Lean events
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively with leaders and frontline teams across multiple locations
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational excellence environments
- Demonstrated success leading complex Lean transformations and cross-functional improvement programs
- Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational improvements
- Strong networking, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering measurable results
- Ability to influence change across diverse teams and stakeholders
This role requires travel to support multiple sites and operational improvement initiatives. Opportunities may also exist to support projects across regions as business needs evolve.
