We’re looking for…
Based in Shepherdsville, KY the ONSITE Stylist is a member of the Kentucky styling team and has responsibilities in pre-production, production and post-production for both Rue La La and Gilt. The primary responsibility of the Stylist is to ensure creative styling quality for both product and digital asset production. The Stylist works collaboratively with photographers, stylists and art directors on a regular basis.
This position currently reports to the Lead Stylist.
- Style fashion product on model for high-volume e-commerce production, maintaining a fast and efficient pace without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or brand standards.
- Style a wide range of products for still-life e-commerce imagery, including scarves, soft goods, children’s apparel, accessories, and other assigned categories.
- Create elevated, editorial-style still-life imagery across categories such as beauty, fashion, accessories, and home, using props, composition, and product placement to support the creative direction.
- Partner closely with photographers, art directors, producers, and other set team members to interpret and execute the creative vision for each shoot.
- Follow established styling guides, Product Detail Page standards, shot lists, and brand-specific requirements to ensure consistent execution.
- Review styling throughout production, make real-time adjustments, and resolve on-set challenges efficiently.
- Balance creative quality with daily production goals, deadlines, and studio capacity expectations.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of styling tools, supplies, props, and studio work spaces.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment.
- Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, creative direction, and broader business needs.

You are a versatile stylist with a strong creative eye and experience across both on-model and still-life production. You work efficiently, pay close attention to detail, and collaborate well with creative and production partners in a fast-paced studio environment. You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
EducationBackground or education in fashion, art, design, merchandising, photography, or a related creative field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
