Position Summary:
BMS is seeking an innovative and motivated Teacher to join our dynamic Unified Arts team! Our ideal candidate brings energy, creativity, and a deep belief in the power of authentic learning to spark curiosity and ignite achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Creates engaging, real-world learning experiences that connect to students’ lives
- Builds a positive, structured classroom culture through effective management strategies
- Believes in high expectations for every student
- Collaborates with colleagues to plan cross-curricular, project-based, and transformational units
- Uses data and student feedback to refine instruction
- Communicates with families and the community to support student growth
- Thrives in a fast-paced, student-first school environment
Qualifications:
