Bullitt Lick Middle is looking for a candidate that is strong in communicating with parents, visitors and those in the community that supportBLMS!

• Seeking a positve, organized, enthusiatic person that can multi-task.

The candidate must be able to remain positive when under pressure, honor confidentiality, and answer the phone with a  smile . Experience with technology is essential.

Hours: 2 hours per day

Contract Length: 186 days per year

• 170 student instructional days
• 7 planning days
• 9 extended days

Contract Adjustments: Contracted days will be prorated based on the start date

Employment Status : (This position is part time and not eligible for benefits unless combined with another position making it full time)

Employment Type: 11-month employee on the classified pay schedule

• Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.
• Documentation: Candidates must provide proof of educational requirements to HR upon recommendation for hire.

• Starting Pay (Step
  0): $16.46/hour
• Experienced Pay (Step 10): $20.26/hour

New hires may bring up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience.

• The hired applicant is responsible for submitting the BCPS Verification of Experience Form to prior employers for completion and return to HR.

While this is an hourly position, the salary is distributed via a year-long contract over 10 months. You will receive 4 paychecks at the end of June.

Salary Formula:
Hours per day × Hourly rate = Daily rate Daily rate × Contracted days = Annual salary. Annual salary ÷ Remaining pay periods = Gross biweekly pay
